Automation ROI scenarios — prepared 28 September 2026

Six illustrative scenarios, not measured customer results or price benchmarks.
All currency values use INR. Weekly hours are PER PERSON. Every scenario assumes
52 working weeks, steady activity and immediate steady-state benefit. Adjust the
baseline for holidays, seasonality, ramp-up and implementation delay separately.

The first scenario set models CRM enquiry intake for two people. The base case
uses a 70% realization rate and produces INR 3,360 first-year net capacity value.
At 35% realization, that case becomes negative. These are capacity-value estimates,
not a payroll reduction or a cash-flow forecast.

The second set models weekly reporting for one person. Its 60% base realization
rate produces less annual capacity value than annual recurring cost, so positive
payback is not reached. A smaller scope or different cost structure needs evidence.
