These terms concern the public website. Paid software, implementation, and managed work are governed by the agreement accepted for that service.
Using the website and tools
Use the site for lawful business and personal research. Submit only information you are permitted to use. Do not attempt to access private systems, bypass controls, overload services, or use the tools to infringe another person’s rights.
Results and decisions
Tools and guides provide information to help you assess a question. Results can be incomplete, depend on your input, and change as source pages or services change. Verify material findings before making a business decision. A calculated benefit is an estimate, not a promise of savings, revenue, ranking, or eligibility.
Projects and availability
A product description or demonstration is not a project agreement. Deliverables, fees, connections, data access, support, and acceptance criteria are agreed separately. Public tools and content can be changed, limited, or withdrawn for maintenance or other operational reasons.
