n8n automation services

n8n workflow implementation for customer follow-up and business operations.

Plan, build, test and hand over n8n workflows for enquiry intake, CRM updates, approved actions and operational reporting, including recoverable Zapier migration.

Start with your customers

What do people need to know before they choose you?

Your customers need clear answers and an easy next step. We review the information they see, fix the gaps, and check what changes.

From a question to an enquiry

  • 01Workflow inventory
  • 02Field mapping
  • 03n8n implementation
  • 04Exception tests
  • 05Cutover and rollback
01

Start with one workflow and a named owner.

Marsen can scope n8n implementation around enquiry intake, CRM field mapping, approved updates and operational reporting. Bring the current trigger, the destination record, representative inputs and the person who owns exceptions. The first decision is whether migration solves a real operating problem; keeping a working Zapier workflow may be the better choice when it does not.

02

Receive an implementation package your team can operate.

A scoped engagement can include the current-state inventory, field and action map, workflow build, test fixtures, exception results, cutover and recovery plan, and handover notes. Production credentials, provider accounts, data migration and ongoing monitoring are included only when the proposal names them.

  • Current workflow and dependency inventory
  • Source-to-destination field map
  • Configured n8n workflow
  • Normal, duplicate and failure tests
  • Cutover and rollback checklist
  • Runbook, ownership and handover
03

Use evidence from a bounded synthetic lab.

Marsen's downloadable n8n lab maps a fictional website enquiry into a local CRM fixture. It tests valid input, duplicate replay, a temporary failure, invalid email, missing permission and a permanent failure. The lab writes to no external CRM and does not establish customer savings, production durability or live-provider compatibility.

04

Test approval rules inside n8n.

Import our 13-case acceptance lab to inspect rejection, expiry, changed payloads, replay and simulated destination failures. Tested on n8n 2.35.4, with the production boundaries stated alongside the results.

05

Inspect a website-to-CRM receipt test.

Our internal enquiry pilot connects the website handoff to a confirmed Twenty CRM receipt and checks duplicate submission handling. The published result is a dated synthetic acceptance test, not a customer case study or a claim of conversion lift.

06

Make reliability and ownership part of the workflow.

Define stable event references, duplicate handling, bounded retries, credential ownership, alert and recovery routes, and the actions that wait for human approval. A successful execution is not enough: the destination outcome and any uncertain write must be reconciled before retry.

07

Agree the commercial boundary before the build.

The quote identifies systems and environments, workflow volume, implementation and testing, hosting or n8n plan, third-party charges, client access, cutover responsibility, support window and maintenance owner. Acceptance checks are tied to the agreed scenarios and destination records rather than a generic automation-complete label.

08

Choose the platform from the operating fit.

Use n8n when its deployment control, API access and workflow logic fit the process and a technical owner can maintain it. Use a managed platform when supported app actions and simpler operations matter more. Marsen can help map the choice before implementation.

Talk to our team
What does an n8n implementation include?

The agreed package can include workflow inventory, field and action mapping, implementation, test fixtures, exception handling, cutover and recovery planning, and handover. The proposal names the actual systems, environments and ongoing owner.

Can Marsen migrate a Zapier workflow to n8n?

Yes, when the workflow and destination access can be scoped. The migration is a rebuild and validation project: triggers, fields, branches, credentials, retries and pending actions must be checked before one production writer is switched.

Does Marsen provide n8n hosting?

Hosting and operational support are scoped explicitly. An engagement may use n8n Cloud, a client-managed environment or separately agreed infrastructure. The proposal identifies who owns backups, upgrades, credentials, monitoring and incident recovery.

How much does n8n implementation cost?

Cost depends on workflow count and volume, systems and APIs, hosting, credentials, action risk, test coverage, data migration, cutover, documentation and ongoing support. Marsen reviews these before quoting.

Is the downloadable workflow a customer deployment?

No. It is a synthetic local lab using fictional records and a local CRM fixture. Its results demonstrate mapping, branching, retries and replay behavior in that test environment only.

What should I bring for a workflow review?

Bring the current workflow or a step list, example input and desired output, connected systems, approximate volume, known failures and the people responsible for approvals and recovery.
